Mock election ended yesterday. :]

And Republican Zombie wins, 9 to 3!.. Haha, next time I plan on doing another mock election or just a regular poll, I'll be sure to leave political parties out of the picture. I know many people would have rather voted for Dinosaur. :] The poll will start up again when I have another rather random idea. But yes, thank you to all that has voted!

Once again! Weeee!!

I finished my FOURTH SMV tonight! (Sims Music Video) I just uploaded it to Youtube AND I am dying here!! You know how when a video gets uploaded? And it displays the middle of the video? Well it stopped to where it looks like the dad is eating his child. Not to fear, he's blowing razberries on her tummy. Well hahah, other than that, this vid has no vampires or aliens. Normal people. And the song I chose was "The Call" by Regina Spektor. I've been a Regina Spektor fan for a long time, and I felt obligated to finally use one of her songs. I'm probably going to take a break from the Sims for a little after this, considering my eyes have been blood-shot for hours. I am just so happy right now, only God could fathom it.... And I had a Fresca earlier if that makes any difference. I'm probably going to go to bed soon. Or now. Blagh. Good night everyone. :]

..blood vs The Blood

Vampires: I've come to realize that vampires aren't the lightest story concept that can be picked. Actually they're very dark. The Twilight series that I've grown to enjoy- I cannot defend, because it is an alternate reality where God might not exist. A reality where humans turn into a god of the flesh themself and have the 'choice' to whether or not consume other humans. I know they are not real, it is just a story, and won't be anything but a story. But if you look at it this way, us followers of Jesus share immortality with these fictional creatures, minus the crave for the consumption of humans. We will live forever under God, but not just for ourselves. Humanity needs a blood transfusion, but not from any human, we need Christ's shed blood. Non-believers can deny the truth all they want- some are attracted by the light we obtain from the Holy Spirit, and that's because we all need forgiveness. We live forever because He shed His blood and we were saved by His blood sacrifice. No, we didn't drink His blood, but the next time you think of vampires, just remember that this is the best the world can offer, but we Christians have a far better life ahead of us eternally with the one who gave us the chance to live.

Sims: Okay, so there's that. I have decided to stay away from making any more dark vampire films, and I'm deciding to do some more God related. Yes, it's possible. BECAUSE ITS ART!! HOHOH! I'm actually very excited. I want to use my artificial movie making to represent my beliefs. Pray for me. I have already chosen songs by Steven Curtis Chapman, Toby Mac, Superchick, and Regina Spektor. I'm not going to tell you which ones though. Heee.

Weee!! Sims 2. :D

I'm so excited! I had just finished my third SMV (Sims Music Video) and let me tell you!! Creating these films are not anywhere near easy!

Okay, for those who don't know of these computer games, "The Sims" have been popular for many years. You create a person, give them a face, and a few outfits. Then you build them a house, furnish it, and depending on what they have- they use. You can also control them, even free will is optional. You can choose whether your people have children or buy a pet, go on vacation, become a vampire, eat, sleep, etc. You get it. The game is actually very complex and if you don't know what you're doing you can make your person miserable, or mess up and kill them by accident. BUT NO PRESSURE.

This game is a lot of fun, (but in my opinion) should definately not be played by any children under 11 years old. They have some mature themes and gestures that parents could be offended; however, they are easily avoided if you know what you're doing.

So now that I explained more about the game, let me tell you how I play it! I make my Sims actors! Yes, like I said before: IT IS NO EASY PROCESS. Not even I can sometimes create a 'fully' finished SMV. I've made three total, the first was a complete and total test, the second I ACTUALLY finished- but devastatingly had to re-record it through my camera... (It's still my favorite) =[ ..sometimes things go wrong that not even I can fix. And the third I just recently finished, but like the first one it has a lot of open space where the music continues. I should really keep to shorter songs.

But yes! When I figure out how to put my new vid up.... it'll be up. =]
Oh and before I forget, it has vampire content, so its clean for the exception of eeriness. AND BE SURE TO WATCH THE ENTIRE THING! There are cute stuff in the very back.

And thats it. :]

Happy Holidays!

Hey everyone! Happy Thanksgiving! We are almost done cooking and family still hasn't yet arrived. The weather is absolutely beautiful out! The clouds are on the move and rain is questionable. I am truly enjoying this pre-winter.

So we had all prepared food before-hand last night in order to see a couple movies today!
We went to the UltraStar Cinema nearby and we split up in our desired movie groups. Alex and dad went to see the new 007 movie, while Lib, Tom, mother, and I watched Twilight.
It... was... awesome... Lib and I are followers in the book series and even though they had missed a few minor and unimportant details, the movie was just as good as the book. The imagery was amazing and the casting was pretty much spot on. Every character was exactly how I had pictured them. It's amazing how people can turn a 400 paged book into an 80 paged script and still keep the film as exciting! So, don't judge this movie before seeing it, it was a real peice of work.

I'd have to say this has been the great beginning for our Thanksgiving. Now only God will know how the rest of it will pan out. I hope everyone has a very good Thanksgiving and have a wonderful rest of the day.

Mock Election of 2016

I bet a few of you are wondering about the mock election I am hosting at the bottom of my page. If you thought the elections of '08 was crazy! Wait until you see who's running for the ballot in year 2016! The candidates are yes, a zombie and a dinosaur. There are no reasons behind the choosing of each party, I actually flipped a coin on where they will stand. This is just me having fun, and wanting to see who people would rather have as a president if these 'were' the choices. It'll end in a few days, so don't give it too much thought considering it's non-existant. Hahah, aren't the election pictures cute? I tried very hard to make the zombie as least intimidating as possible and I think I've succeeded.

Anyway. I can't wait to start putting more fun things on here. I am currently into the sims 2. I make sim music videos, so once I figure out which one of my computers it will work on, I will get started on a few projects and eventually show them to everyone. :]

Alrighty! That's it for the day! And don't forget to vote!

Anagrams

I finished my banner's picture last night! My blog looks very spiffy now! I like the clean and blank look. OH! And the choosing of my name "Menacingly Neat" is actually my name- Caty Lee Manning as an anagram, at first I've been calling them acronym! My dad found a neat website that does those. My other anagram for Catherine Lee Manning was unsurprisably dumb, so I just didn't use that one. Hahaha. Well Yes! I'm happy with this anagram thus far.
